Signature Build was originally founded in 1974 by Ranjit Singh, a highly skilled electrical engineer. Passionate about quality building standards, Ranjit formed an alliance with a raft of equally driven craftsmen, establishing RK Joinery Ltd.
As the company’s success grew, in 1985 a new division was formed, RK Construction(London) Ltd, specialising in refined residential construction services, alongside RK Signature Interiors and RK Joinery.
The company consolidated its position as a leading luxury home construction group with its re-brand as Signature Build in 2022.
