As Signature Build’s Head of Operations, Sharif brings over 15 years of construction industry experience, he ensures thorough oversight of our projects, precise cost management, budgeting, and financial planning. Sharif joined Signature Build as Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2024, his detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and effective negotiation made him invaluable to our team and soon resulted in promotion to Head of Operations. Richard studied architecture at Westminster and The Bartlett School of Architecture London, becoming a fully qualified architect registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2004. Over a 20 year period, Richard has gained extensive experience working on residential developments, retail, mixed-use, master planning and private residential having worked for some of London’s leading award-winning architectural design led practices.

Nick strengthens the operational team’s expertise in high-end residential construction. Joining Signature Build in 2025, Nick brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with signifiant experience of delivering high-end residential projects to exceptional standards. An NHBC award-winning site manager, he has led teams on large-scale developments, complex refurbishments, and prestigious heritage restorations.

As Senior Site Manager, Rob Mills oversees all operational aspects of projects on-site, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional results. With a career that began as a 15-year-old apprentice, Rob has risen through the ranks of the construction industry, amassing extensive experience in delivering a wide range of projects, including listed building restorations, bespoke new builds, and complex extensions and renovations.

Rob is known for his client-focused approach, collaborative leadership, and commitment to quality and sustainability. Rob fosters a cooperative environment that drives success for every project. Friendly, dependable, and a true ambassador for Signature Build’s values, Rob consistently ensures the highest standards in both craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Gabriel’s journey in residential construction began in 2006 before joining Signature Build as a Site Manager in 2019. Gabriel coordinates and oversees all site activity, liaising with key partners, such as the project architect, and ensuring latest design, engineering, and construction specifications are met.
